2 slices of turkey lunchmeat
1/4 pound of ham, thinly sliced
1/4 pound of roast beef, thinly sliced
1/4 pound of provolone, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Place 2 slices of turkey, ham and roast beef on unbuttered side of bread. Place a few slices of bell pepper on top. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt & pepper. Place 2 slices of provolone on top of bell pepper. Top with a slice of bread and George Foreman until cheese is melted.
I wanted red bell peppers initially, but the store I went to was out of them. The green turned out to be pretty good. They were still super crunchy, which is what I wanted.
Bryce is a mayo freak, so he added a ton to his afterward. I just had a little bit on mine. And of course, the girls just opted for regular grilled cheese (no fun).
Definitely tasty and well deserved after a long day in the sun!
