Turkey Burgers with Feta Cheese and Olives

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 small can of sliced black olives, chopped
1/2 cup of feta cheese
1/4 cup white onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup canned diced tomatoes, for topping

Put all ingredients, except for the diced tomatoes, into a large mixing bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon (my favorite). Make your desired size of patties and grill away. When ready to consume, add some diced tomatoes on top.

These tasted really good by themselves, however, Bryce and I had them as left-overs the next day, with mayo and toasted sourdough bread (along with the left-over diced tomatoes)...oh my gosh. It was delish.

I used tomato and basil feta cheese 'cause it's my favorite. The diced tomatoes also had basil in them.

This did not take long to put together and it only took a few minutes to cook on the George Foreman. Bryce said it needed more garlic. Knowing Bryce, there is never enough garlic.
