Chicken Burritos

Chicken, cooked & shredded (I used about 4 small thighs)
1 Avocado, diced
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Chopped Cilantro
Lemon Juice
Tortillas
Sracha Sauce

In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced avocado, shredded cheddar cheese, a little squirtle of lemon juice and chopped cilantro. Mix together. Warm up the tortillas, place some mixture on the tortilla, roll up and grill on the George Foreman until browned. TA-DA! Top it off with some sracha and boom.

The girls weren't so excited about this one, but it was easy to make, delicious to eat and I would definitely have them again. I could cut down on the prep time by getting the chicken ready earlier. YUM.
