Italian Meatloaf

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 egg
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Mozzarella & Parmesan cheese, shredded

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl; put into a greased baking dish, top with a little bit of cheese and bake for 45 minutes. With about 10 minutes left, add more cheese on top if desired.

Nice variation of a meatloaf and it's zesty, yummy and perfectly paired with pasta!
