BBQ Meatloaf

1 pound ground turkey
3 slices Provolone cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
BBQ sauce for topping

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Add all ingredients (except the Provolone cheese and BBQ sauce for topping) into a large mixing bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon. PAM up a loaf pan and add the meat mixture into the loaf pan. Spread evenly. Lay the 3 slices of Provolone on top of the meat mixture, then add as much BBQ sauce as you want on top. Spread evenly. Pop into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes or until done.

I found this recipe on the Internet somewhere, but there were a bunch of ingredients I didn't like. Sometimes I add chopped onions and fresh garlic, but alas, the larder was empty!

I like a lot of BBQ sauce on mine ('cause I'm so into sweetness), but it kills the taste of some of the ingredients. So I tried to be minimal with the sauce this time.

Super easy to put together and it's a nice one to give to people when they need a dinner too.
