5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 can of cream of chicken soup with herbs
4 slices of Swiss cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
6 teaspoons butter
1/3 cup water
Preheat the ole oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken in a casserole dish and top with the soup and water. Place the Swiss cheese over the chicken (you can use one slice per thigh or just cover all the chicken like I did), then the bread crumbs over everything. Put the butter evenly around the top and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
I found this on Allrecipes.com (which has turned out some pretty bland recipes) and I thought it turned out pretty good, although I used WAY too much bread crumbs...and I mean WAY. I think that's the only thing I'd change about it next time...or use a bigger casserole dish. That might have evened it out some.
