1 zucchini, washed and sliced
1 yellow squash, washed and sliced
1/2 orange bell pepper, washed and sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, washed and sliced
1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons minced garlic
Water
Heat up the spaghetti sauce and water (just a little bit to water down the sauce) in a pan. Add all of the vegetables and the minced garlic; cook on medium heat until most zucchini and squash are translucent, stirring throughout. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of the veggies and top with the mozzarella sauce. Heat through until the cheese is melted.
