1 pork roast
BBQ Sauce
Minced Garlic
Parsley
Water
Ground Sage
Cook the pork roast on high for 4-5 hours. Keep enough water in the crockpot to cover the bottom to about an inch. Put minced garlic, parsley and ground sage on the meat and in the water. Intermittenly or once an hour, pour on some BBQ sauce (as much as you want). About 30 minutes before eating, take the roast out and shred it. Put it back in and let it cook for the 30 minutes. DONE.
We ate these with corn tortillas, refried beans, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese and sracha sauce. SOOOOOOOO good. Even the girls ate it and it made for wonderful leftovers.
