1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried mustard
Prepare meatballs by mixing the turkey, egg & crumbs, then mixing into approx 1 inch balls. Brown in a little bit of oil. Mix the ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire, sugar & mustard together & bring to a boil. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce until done.
YUM YUM YUM YUM YUM- these are really good! The best part is, make the meatballs in advance and freeze them. Then, all you have to do is cook them in the sauce. BOOM.
