2 packages frozen hash browns (southern style- 12 oz), thawed
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups Corn Flakes, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine sour cream, soup & butter in a bowl. Add salt, garlic & cheese until mixed well. Then, add the potatoes. Combine crushed Corn Flakes & melted butter in a separate bowl. Grease a casserole dish & put the potato mixture inside. Sprinkle the top with the Corn Flake mixture. Bake uncovered for 40-50 minutes.
