Twice-Baked Potato Casserole

6 medium red potatoes, baked
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, sliced
Salt&Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cube the baked potatoes and place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with half the bacon and salt&pepper; top with half the sour cream and cheeses. Repeat the layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle the top with the sliced green onions.

Seconds. My girls actually had seconds with this meal. And it was super easy to make!
